Actually, I don't think this belongs in Conspiracy Theories, because it is not one. Geoengineering is a fact and Dane Wigington is one of the most informed, articulate, and knowledgeable people I know of who can seriously comment on the issue.

The problem with democracy is that the Military Industrial Complex holds all power over "Government", ergo...not a democracy. This is why I stopped voting years ago...it doesn't fucking matter.

Here I"m in Bakersfield 8pm as we drove down 101 I think last Thursday. There's no water shortage in that valley. Most Eastern LA lawns are greener than mine. Was nice seeing the old style wind operated water pumps in action. Not a dry field in the western valley of Salines Valley sorry if misspelled.
