One of the best dining experiences I can recall was at Boulevard in San Francisco. The food, service, ambiance, wine selection...all were perfect.

Tonight we had bison burgers, with green beans and snap peas.  Ollie the cocker spaniel had his raw,  added milled flax seed, green beans, snaps peas, fish oil, k2 mk4, and  brewers yeast. We had some fruit bars for desert.

Oh yeah?

Well I just finished making chicken chili with white beans, green ortega chilis, jalapeños, sauteed onions with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, topped if off with salsa, sour cream, and fresh cilantro.

As for the cat, she had this:

Halo Organic Pet Food

Remember meeting some Raiders in the 70's, from Stabler, Big Ben, then Stables replacement Dan Pastorini as he wrecked his car, and brought it to our dealership, so the owner let him drive his 928 and he wrecked that one too. cheers

Now the FCC wants to outlaw Redskins on TV just using the name.

Whattup tiny and Doc...I just miss my Raiders of old...going back to the Stabler days...even as far back as Lyle Alzado when I was younger.  John Madden as a coach, what are ya kiddin' me?  Those were the days when the Silver and Black reigned, and I will always be loyal.  There is nothing like being at the Oakland Coliseum during a home game...it is crazy love for the team...some shitheads may start crap and fight, but they are not true fans.  If Chuckie comes back I will buy season tix!

Yeah , I was a little excited when the Rams hired Jeff Fisher. Jury is still out on that one giggle

Have never really been able to ever call the Rams my team . My football heart is with the Cardinals in Arizona , still , and they left St. Louis in '87 .

Talked to coach Dick Vermeil of the KC Chiefs at Calistoga at the races on Labor Day Weekend. His younger brother was my JC teacher. I couldn't find him on Sunday. Found out AJ FOYT has a Napa winery. Chrysalis I guess you missed the offer to pick up free ticket on lop at will call.

Saturday was wine tasting, Sunday was beer tasting. I didn't do either. Just walked around that area and talked. Found a couple I had talked to sense 89. We met at Baylands Race WayI always look for them at the races. Talked about old fans that moved on, either died or divorced.

Raiders looking good today...for a change... cheer
Still holding out hope that Gruden would consider coming back. I would actually go to games again.

From the booth a few minutes ago: "They need more from the big knockers up front." lmao

And my Bears.........oh my, what can even be said , at this point.........Cutler is just sucking again, and I've always defended Jay, as a good QB......but the last few weeks, .........he looks awful, in fact today, it was so bad, I didn't finish the game.......it was like watching a crappy high school team........and of ALL my weeks picks, I only got 5 correct.........worst record ever, for me.......I took the Falcons.......wrong there.......took the Titans.......wrong there too..........wrong on the Chiefs game, too........sheesh, I sucked as bad as the bears........well no one could suck that bad, tho............. cheers

Theres always next week, as they say............ anon

HEY.........maybe I'll post my win/lose picks here next week, see if that brings me and the bears some needed luck......hmmmm.....not a bad idea........
